Welcome Email

A welcome message to a new customer or subscriber. Welcome emails are sent in response to a newsletter signup, a service subscription, a loyalty programme, or any other first- or second-level interaction with a company. Say hi and thank you if someone provides you their email address. You may use welcome emails to create relationships, communicate brand stories, and, perhaps, convert subscribers into customers. They’re ideal for marketing automation, especially if they’re sent in a series.
