Paid Search

Online advertising that is activated when users conduct searches using terms that have been purchased by a corporation. Ads resemble organic search results, but they appear higher on a search engine results page (SERP) than they would otherwise. They may also be labelled as “ad” or “paid” with another word. Paid search is common in congested areas including airline trips, hotels, and laptops. The most common price model is pay-per-click (PPC).
