Application Programming Interface (API)

APIs are a set of principles in computer programming that allow a programme to take data from a service and utilise it in their own programme or in data analysis. It’s similar to a phone for programmes to communicate; an API “calls” one application and obtains data to pass on to you for usage in your software. APIs make it easier to get the data needed to solve client concerns.
Developers use HubSpot APIs to get data from our software into their own. Marketers must grasp what APIs can do in order to include them into their campaigns. Learn more about how APIs can help marketers here.
