Affiliate Network

A carefully chosen collection of website publishers who work with an advertiser to provide leads or sales in exchange for a commission based entirely on their results. Here’s a simple illustration: A shoe firm collaborates with a few well-known fashion bloggers. On their blogs, the bloggers place advertisements and links promoting the company’s shoes. The shoe business compensates the bloggers with a percentage of the sales they create. Advertisers can use affiliate networks to get “prepackaged” affiliate programmes.
